Peterson Health ASC - Kerrville, Texas

This project highlights the relevant healthcare experience of Principal Paul Lowers, completed in a previous role prior to Center Design. The ambulatory surgery center was designed to expand access to outpatient care while supporting long-term campus growth, operational efficiency, and future flexibility in a rural healthcare setting. Planning focused on efficient adjacencies, streamlined staff workflow, reduced travel distances, and infrastructure that could support evolving services needs and future expansion.

Children Health Medical Office Building - Prosper, Texas

This project reflects the relevant healthcare experience of principal Paul Lowers, completed in a previous role prior to Center Design. The 30,000 SF, Three-story medical office building was designed to support a wide range of pediatric specialty services within a cohesive and adaptable environment. As the first project on a new campus, the facility established an architectural framework for future development while prioritizing efficient patient flow, clear wayfinding, flexibility or evolving clinical needs, and a welcoming experience for children and families.
